Improv Junior Class
(Ages 8 to 11)
Thursdays 4:00-5:00 PM
Teacher: Lucy Garner
($45 a month)
An introduction to the skills needed for all types of theatre, this class will focus on learning narrative skills, exploring characters and creating scene environments. Using the vehicle ofImprov, students will be able to build and strengthen their acting, participation, and active listening skills through the art of
"thinking on your feet".
A must for all young actors!

Improv Senior
(Ages 11 -16 )
Thursdays, 5:00-7:00 PM
Teacher: Lucy Garner
($70 a month)
An in-depth exploration of building concise scenes, honing narrative techniques, and accepting ideas from teammates. Character work is focused on creating compelling, believable characters. Scene work is focused on layering ideas together as a team and advancing the creativity of themselves and of actors around them. This group will perform for families/friends and also in the
community when possible.
