Hannah loves her sisters very much and wants to thank them for encouraging and loving her. Their love and desire to help others inspires her every single day. And don't get her started about her parents: they are the most amazing parents anyone could hope for and they motivate her all the time. She couldn't have done any theater without her family.
Speaking of her parents, they have seen Hannah's confidence soar through performing. Not only has she found her voice, but she has learned when to use it. She knows sometimes you have to sit down and listen, but you should never be afraid to stand up and speak! Hannah has become more comfortable and poised when interacting with people of all ages both in and outside of theater.
Theater has done so much for Hannah! She has learned more personal responsibility - she knows in order to participate, she has to juggle school work, extracurricular activities and commitments, as well as responsibilities as home. Most importantly, theater has taught her to be herself and to embrace who she is.
Through theater, Hannah has been able to enjoy success, both individually and as part of a group as a show comes together. She never takes for granted the opportunity when she is offered a role, and is thrilled every time she sees her name on a cast list. No matter the part, she loves the process!
Hannah loves being part of the AYT family. Every time she’s at the theater, whether she's on stage performing or watching from the audience, she sees a friend and feels welcome. But friends aren't the only reason she loves theater. In Hannah's wise words: "Once in a while, it’s good to be in someone else’s reality, no matter how wacky it may be. Sometimes it’s nice to forget about ‘real life’ and create your own world, and your own person."
Thank you, Hannah, for being a part of AYT's world!
